New Business Site

When you order a site to be created, I will confer with you extensively for your ideas on what you'd like your site to look like. For budget purposes, you should plan on paying $160-$250 for the artwork and creation of your homepage. Additional pages inside the site will generally bill at $45.00 - $55.00 per page after that. Some pages cost less and some pages (such as creating a form or adding e-commerce) will cost more. Simple Flash animation is usually included in your site design, Full Flash animation is billed at $80 per hour. Some business web sites require more or less customization than others. So in turn the cost cannot be determined exactly until I know what you are wanting from your web site.

We live in a "click and go" society so I will suggest your site pages remain one or two screens long. (scroll down once or twice) After that your visitors will get bored with paging down and be tempted to leave your site. I suggest you don't try to cram everything on one page, keep it moving and keep them interested!

If your site consists of two or three pages, with multiple graphics on each page and possibly a form to send information to you, you should budget in the $400-$600 range. You can not advertise to the whole world with any other media for a price that low.  Changes to the site, once published, is at a rate of $40 per hour if you want to have your site updated "ala carte"  If you regularly update your site and I highly suggest you do to keep your visitors interested with fresh photos and information,  then you will benefit from my monthly maintenance plans starting as low as 7.00 a month. (see rates below) I do not charge any "set up" fees.  My pricing is straightforward and tailored to your budget needs.

• Free e-mail account setup for up to 10 e-mail accounts.
• Free Meta Keyword Tag creation.

• Free interactive Google Maps and driving directions (to your location) inserted on Web page.
• Free site map creation and submission to Google.com to make your site more easily found by the major search engines
• Free submission report showing which search engines and directories your site was submitted to.
• Free Geo Tags created and submitted to search engines to locate your business easily
• Free creation of banner ad and links to multiple sites to drive traffic to your site.

If your site requires unlimited pages the best route to go is with a "package" price that includes hosting and custom design.  Unlimited Website Packages prices can start as low as $1000.00 per year and go up from there depending on if you need a shopping cart, flash animation, videos or PHP databases.  We can discuss if your needs are best served with a "package" price when you contact me.

One Page Price includes the following:
Custom Graphics designed to What you want. Customized Guest Book, E-mail Link, Site meter and detailed tracker info, Music, Registration with 40 Search Engines,3 months of minor updates, This includes, adding or removing photos, (up to 6 at one time) updating text.. (please note: This does not include re-doing an entire page of text) (6 photos in one month is included-any amount over, there will be an additional fee) This does not include creating additional pages or custom graphics. After the first  month monthly maintenance fees are billed at the first of each month...This depends on the amount of updates that are required for your business.

Maintenance:
After the first month I bill for maintaining the site at a cost of $40.00 per hour based on 1/2 hour increments.  If you site requires a lot of maintenance it usually works out less expensive for me to bill you a monthly maintenance charge depending on how extensive your needs are the cost can range from as little as 5.00 a month to 40.00 a month.

Regular Maintenance Retainer fees as follows:
1-3 updates per month 7.00
4-6 updates per month 15.00
6-10 updates per month 20.00
More than 10 updates per month 35.00
Ala Carte updates (as needed) Billed at 40.00 per hour 1/2 hour increments.
These are updates to existing pages - additional new pages added to the site will be billed at 35.00 to 45.00 per page

Billing for clients on retainer will be done bi-annually. 

Re-vamping an existing website:
If you already have a website and it's just not working for you - call me and I will be happy to assist you with suggestions to help.  It may just need a few pointers or it may need a complete overhaul - either way I can help and the cost will be determined on what needs done.

Custom Page Graphic sets which include backgrounds, graphic link buttons, divider bars, custom top header or welcome graphic, cost: 200.00 per set. This does not include installation. For simple backgrounds cost is 25.00 per background.
